Keeping your toy crane machine clean is essential for both hygiene and optimal performance. Begin by unplugging the machine for safety. For exterior surfaces, use a soft microfiber cloth slightly dampened with warm water and mild dish soap. Gently wipe down the cabinet, being careful around any decals or artwork. For stubborn stains, create a solution of one part white vinegar to two parts water.

The acrylic glass front requires special attention. Use a dedicated plastic cleaner or isopropyl alcohol (70% concentration) sprayed onto a cloth first, then wipe the surface. Never spray directly onto the acrylic as liquid can seep into edges and damage electronics.

For the control panel and joystick, dip a cotton swab in isopropyl alcohol to carefully clean around buttons and crevices. The prize compartment and claw mechanism can be wiped with a disinfectant cloth between refills to remove dust and germs.

Always avoid abrasive cleaners, excessive moisture, and harsh chemicals like bleach which can damage components. Regular cleaning every two weeks for commercial machines, or monthly for home units, will keep your crane machine looking new and sanitary for all users. Allow all surfaces to dry completely before plugging the machine back in for operation.
