The logistical challenge begins with physically moving the often bulky and heavy cabinets. For multiple units, operators may turn to auctions, either physical or online, to liquidate inventory quickly. The key to successful resale is transparency. Providing clear photos, an honest assessment of the cabinet's condition (including any non-working parts), and a detailed description of the game's PCB (printed circuit board) are essential for establishing trust and achieving a fair price. It allows operators to refresh their offerings, recoup capital for new investments, and ensure the continuous flow of entertainment that keeps players coming back.
